The pay is good. The company has a lot of potential.

Cons

It's frustrating to work here. If technical debt was a culture... There is an extreme resistance to change throughout engineering. If something didn't work 5 or 10 years ago then it surely won't work today. There are rarely any "perks". Company swag is extremely rare. I don't understand it.
