Thanks for leaving a review! Historically, ARM was primarily focused on developing hardware IP, but these days ARM is now equal in hardware and software roles! If you mean for your role you were expecting more HW work and instead had more SW, our new AFDS logbook would have allowed you to address your work balance with your line manager on a more frequent basis. Good work life balance. A global company, you have a lot of opportunity to work globally.

Cons

ARM is hardware background, it seems not very friendly to software people.

Thanks for leaving a review Historically, yes, we were more of a hardware company. As the company has grown, our engineers and developers are now about 50% in hardware and 50% in software, so we definitely need to be friendly to the folks in software! We have teams around the globe that focus on software, be it for the mBed OS or verification tools for our partners. Its a good place to work. Very technical oriented. Lots of opportunities to work on the latest trends

Cons

Not much interactions across groups.
