Thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry that you feel that ARM is a bad company to work for. I'm going to assume that you meant to put "monotonous work" and "no facilities for employees" under the cons, and not pros, and that you don't have any positive experiences working at ARM. Regarding our facilities, we are limited to the office building we're located in Bangalore, so things like a sports facility may be difficult to get put in the office. As for the food, I can't speak to our Bangalore office, but I have passed along this feedback to relevant team members. We offer a competitive wage, and when you also factor in the equity and benefits that we offer to all full time employees, ARM compares quite favorably to other high tech companies, especially when you factor in things like work-life balance. If you still feel that your pay is significantly below the average, please do bring it up in your upcoming TAP review. It will also be a good time to bring up your work (or even earlier in your regular 1:1's), if you consider it monotonous, as it's easier to course correct through multiple stages throughout the year as opposed to one big review at the end of the year. Pros

Lots of resources to learn from. People are super helpful and go out of their way to ensure you understand how different things fit together. In my case, I was a software automation engineer and had lots of one on one help from senior engineers explaining how different tools and programs work together. There was never an instance where I was stuck or lost and no one was able to help me. Work is challenging, but rewarding. Work life balance is great as well. There was no micromanagement and as long as I got the work done, my superiors were fine with it.

Cons

I wasn't here long enough to see the cons.

Thanks for leaving a review, and great to hear that you think the work/life balance is good. In regards to your salary, we are introducing a new AFDS log book so you work on feedback with your line manager throughout the year, as opposed to just once a year during AFDS/TAP. To that end, if you do feel you are underpaid, please do bring it up in the 1:1's you should be having with your line manager. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager.
