Thank you for leaving a review. I'm sorry that you feel that ARM is a bad company to work for. I'm going to assume that you meant to put "monotonous work" and "no facilities for employees" under the cons, and not pros, and that you don't have any positive experiences working at ARM. Regarding our facilities, we are limited to the office building we're located in Bangalore, so things like a sports facility may be difficult to get put in the office. As for the food, I can't speak to our Bangalore office, but I have passed along this feedback to relevant team members. We offer a competitive wage, and when you also factor in the equity and benefits that we offer to all full time employees, ARM compares quite favorably to other high tech companies, especially when you factor in things like work-life balance. If you still feel that your pay is significantly below the average, please do bring it up in your upcoming TAP review. It will also be a good time to bring up your work (or even earlier in your regular 1:1's), if you consider it monotonous, as it's easier to course correct through multiple stages throughout the year as opposed to one big review at the end of the year. Thanks, -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

Work-Life Balance: Widely praised for flexible hybrid schedules and a supportive, low-pressure environment. Standout Perks: Highly rated for its 4-week paid sabbatical program and quarterly "Days of Care" company-wide days off. Collaborative Culture: Features a friendly, ego-free workplace that strongly emphasizes a "we, not I" team mentality. Strong Benefits: Offers excellent overall compensation, including valuable stock options (RSUs) and comprehensive healthcare.

Cons

Pace of Work: Some employees note that projects and decision-making can move slowly due to the relaxed culture.
