Pros

Salary is mostly competitive. Stock performing adquately.

Cons

Complete lack of technical career path. No meritocracy and a completely unethical staffing process. You get ahead by knowing people from previous companies (typically Qcom dropouts) or you hire your relatives. Catastrophically bad management within SOC teams. Nobody can put a schedule together, hold people accountable, or deliver on time. Most of the group is just freeloading. New hires have nothing to do.

* You will always find something interesting to work on. Good balance between challenging tasks and work load * You will work on developing important products with world-wide distribution and impact. Arm is everywhere. * Great colleagues and work culture. Friendly and professional. Lots of after-work activities and internal activity/hobby groups. * More than fair pay, bonus and benefits * Flexible work hours, hybrid work-from-home

Cons

* It's a big company. There can be a disconnect between the corporate culture and the local offices.
