      In 2024, more than 40 small to mid-sized insurance companies file for bankruptcy in the U. S. We increased revenue for the third straight year and issued the most new policies in a single year in the last five years. We're winners.

      The insurance industry is challenging, with chaotic destructive weather, political turmoil and marketplace volatility all driving headwinds.

      They start you at more than a fair salary, exceptional medical, dental, life and HSA benefits as well as policies around accruing vacation and medical time. The environment is as stress free as I've ever seen. The people you work with our supportive of you and ensuring you have everything you need to succeed at your job. Also, you're working for a company that serves are veterans and active military members, and you can't put a price on that.

      Cons

      The commute to Leavenworth from Gladstone, Mo is long, but it's worth it.
