A good place for a quiet job

Pros

Good place to work with good people in every department. Small company, 200 people maximum. You can know everyone. The company tries to treat the customer right as well. The "all-important" work/life balance is really good, or can be in the right department. It's a fairly relaxed environment.

Cons

Its ambitions are small. Change is hard for the company. Lots of people have been there for 20+ years. Hard to move up.
