      Great mission, vision, and values, but with mediocre execution.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, caring upper management, highly dedicated employees, high employee retention, and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Some middle management lacks competence, experience, and educational requirements. Hypocrisy abounds with shifting standards, rules, and regulations for employees that don't apply to middle management...which is at their discretion/whim.

      Some nice perks for full time employees. (Contractors are excluded from most of this.)

      Cons

      Less than acceptable project planning. I sat with no productive work the last two weeks of my contract. Policy for no contractor telecommute.
