      Potential to be great employer but lacks follow through on promises

      Pros

      Convenient location to KC. Some are allowed to telecommute. Decent health insurance. Semi-secure building.

      Cons

      Telecommute rules are not consistently applied to everyone. Education requirements are overlooked or extremely lenient for special employees. Too many computer systems to deal with and people are stressed to the max trying to keep up with quotas. High medical deductible.

      Cons

      High medical deductible, capped dental insurance. Favoritism , over worked, poor management, limited use of sick leave

      Great place, but still has kinks in the system

      The company is currently going through mny changes that have resulted in chaotic phones, disorganization and tremendous work load, but if these problems are resolved, the work environment is congenial and laid back

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime or repercussions for not meeting goals, too many 'chiefs," unrealistic training expectations.
