Pros

They offer free extensive training that allows you to learn at your own pace, the people that you get on the phone for the most part are awesome. Your co-workers help you with any questions that you have.

Cons

The training is very long 2-3 months depending on your ability to retain the information. Lunch is only 30 minutes a day but they do offer two 15 minute breaks which can be refreshing.

Pros

Onboarding was lengthy, but they walked you through every step of the way. They offer a lot of opportunities to learn and become an agent, even for someone like me with absolutely no insurance background. Training was long, but only because you must know a ton of information.

Cons

Training is long, but there is a lot of information to know. A call center can be a hard job since you never know why someone is calling and the situations very vastly.
