Very nice people, you can actual talk to management all the way up to the president , hybrid work environment for most positions.

Cons

Salaries are lower than in the KC a metro area. Smaller company so while there are benefits they are not up to par with previous my employers.

-Small town everyone knows or seems to be related to someone one way or another. -remote work is not equal for all, ask for the policy requirements. -Pay is low.
