Good, but Needs Some Work

Pros

Great home time, Once part of a team the bid runs are consistent. Management and Dispatch will work with you. Pay scale was increased in the last year.

Cons

Need to find a partner that has a bid (route) for consistent runs, equipment maintenance has gone downhill, reloads (esp on weekends) can make for some long wait times. Equipment is shared.
