Pros

I was given a chance to work for this company and have been given every opportunity to prove myself and advance. You really do get out of this company what you put in. They are always looking for a fresh perspective and new energy to help better everything. Management works side by side with fellow employees when needed (especially rush) despite their elevated position, which to me shows a lot. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Truly a great company and an amazing experience.

Cons

Some drivers can be a tad negative at times. Especially the newbies. Some have a sense of entitlement that can rub you the wrong way. The drivers that have been here happily for years and years though make up for it!

Pros

Lots to be positive about before the old man passed away. In last year every aspect has declined to disgusting standards.

Cons

Bids are set schedule, reloads are not. Leave out on a 3 day trip and it turns into 5 days and that trip not making payroll dead line. Every week for the last 3 months has been complete irresponsible, inconsiderate, lack of preparation for each load sent out. This is fla terminal, the California terminal is way worst with being incompetent to properly load trailer to order of drops. They send drivers through some of the most redicouls and unnecessary crap. All the while only being paid $.18/ mile. Majority of the pay check comes from unloading the boxes, which is completed on down time and interrupts sleep time. Tractors are needing complete over haul. They're too worn out to get decent sleep even with out interruption of unloading. The few hours of sleep I can get between drops is so shook up that from lack of suspension on truck, I'm completely exhausted when time to drive.
