A good paying job that does not necessarily require any degree. Provides a lot of experience through different product types

Very demanding schedule with frequent "shift bids", including weekends and holidays.

Pros

Armstrong cares about their business and success. They are strategic and thoughtful. Pay is fair as well as PTO and medical insurance. Management is involved by willing to get down to your level.

Cons

Rigid in flexibility. No WFH and you have to use PTO for sick time, which in my opinion encourages sick employees to come into work.
