Cons

No one from the management cares about employees having a work-life balance, not even your closest supervisor! They can only provide you with more work, TERRIBLE pay, AWFUL benefits, and long BRUTAL shifts! It doesn't matter how STRESSED, EXHAUSTED, AND OVERWORKED employees are, so long as they do what' told!

My main issue with this company is the management's terrible and annoying leadership style. The managers like to micromanage the employees, which has never been an effective method of leadership. The managers are more annoying than helpful, and they only hinder the efficiency of the employees. Moreover, the company also has an unclear structure, so employees sometimes have to take on different responsibilities.
