Despite the difficulties we've had with management, I've had the opportunity to work on some truly exciting and impactful projects here at the company.

Cons

The management's obstinacy was becoming increasingly apparent, with their deluded belief that their flawed strategies were infallible, despite the obvious evidence to the contrary. Their refusal to listen to feedback or consider alternative approaches was draining the morale of the team and hindering progress. The consequences of their flawed decision-making were becoming increasingly dire, but their stubbornness remained unchanged, leaving the future of the company uncertain.
