People, employees try to put on a fake smile to be professional as much as possible.

Cons

No one from the management cares about employees having a work-life balance, not even your closest supervisor! They can only provide you with more work, TERRIBLE pay, AWFUL benefits, and long BRUTAL shifts! It doesn't matter how STRESSED, EXHAUSTED, AND OVERWORKED employees are, so long as they do what' told!

My main issue with this company is the management's terrible and annoying leadership style. The managers like to micromanage the employees, which has never been an effective method of leadership. The managers are more annoying than helpful, and they only hinder the efficiency of the employees. Moreover, the company also has an unclear structure, so employees sometimes have to take on different responsibilities.

My only advice for you is to avoid this toxic company. The management never provides any support the employees nor do they give the resources we need to work optimally. The managers are only good for insulting the employees and shaming them in front of other people. They also don't care about your work-life balance. That's how toxic the management is.
