Frustrating work environment despite good pay and benefits

Cons
Management definitely plays favorites, affecting how much money you could potentially earn. No Flexibility. HR is awful, cold, and clearly not on the employee's side. Outside Sales Representative no longer exists as a position, it is all inside sales (Except Elxai division). My personal experience; I was top 3 earners in sales for the first 6 months after the company restructured. Due to management being biased and playing favorites, I was put in the bottom tier of "outside sales". This effected my income by a lot (among other excuses they made, "glitches" in the system only effecting only myself and one other employee). Just and extremely frustrating place to work, despite the good money. Hard to trust their word.
