Pros

Good company and work environment. Human resource team is great when there are issues with insurance, expenses and compensation. Solid products and good reputation just not well known in the US. Management team is very fair and easy to work with

13 year old company but not well know.

Good starting salary, fair commission schedule, one product is very unique, large territories, formal partner program to try to encourage more partner involvement and revenue, good personalities in staff members

Cons

Asia pacific attention more than North America, low partner penetration, very lean field engineering support, major competition from vendors
