Smaller company culture and friendly colleagues. Great table tennis facility and players. Nice benefits (health/medical).

Lower salary compared to the market rate.

Good people in teams, collaboration within a region.

Cons

Fully Sales driven. Mgmt does not have a vision and headless with respect to engineering. Handful of engineers are pushed to work on multiple products on need basis without training the workforce. Except code no other documentation or training available. Not a good place for junior and senior software engineers.
