Pros

- My manager and direct team members were awesome, I learned so much from them and they were always willing to help - Most of the people I worked/interacted with were very personable and I felt like people knew me on a deeper level than just as their coworker

Cons

To preface - I know they say that people are more likely to leave a negative review than positive, but just know I’m not jaded due to a layoff or performance issues. I was a solid performer that left voluntarily. - Leadership seemed incredibly sensitive and defensive to any feedback that didn't radiate positivity and seemed to take it personally when someone wasn't 100% satisfied in their role. I received an infrequent, short employee survey that didn't allow for actual insights or employee issues/concerns to be addressed effectively. - Toxic culture - leadership acts like they don’t notice, or maybe they just don’t care, and if they do it’s just passed off as an effect of working in a fast-paced industry. I get that things move at a fast pace in this industry, but relax just a bit - it's just a job. - People will constantly try to tell you how to do your job even if it's not their expertise - SO MUCH finger pointing and lack of accountability. People seemed to prefer to throw each other under the bus rather than owning up to it or talking to them face to face like an adult. Again - leadership does nothing about this. - Compensation was pretty abysmal and raises were worse. I even had a leader in the HR org tell me - to my face - that people who don’t advocate for themselves or ask for raises actually earn more than people who do. It showed me that they didn’t truly value me. - The lack of consistency in decision making from leadership made my job significantly harder and made me feel like I wasn’t capable of doing it effectively. It burned me out and I only found validation in an external offer.

Pros

training is super easy. good first job out of college. location of office is decent.

Cons

tons of office drama. felt like I was in a fraternity. leadership is pretty awful and looks down on most employees like a pawn. A reason why turnover is so high. No room for growth. Pretty much glorified assistant until they are done using you.
