Great training, managers go above and beyond to see you succeed, good money, no issues taking a personal day off or dealing with an emergency

Cons

Long hours, lack of holidays off, preach inter company relationships but seems to be a lack of it, lack of vertical mobility due to outside hiring, discourage you from taking multiple days off

Lots of extras at work to keep you their and motivated.

Cons

Company is always changing. Ups and downs with this company. Like any company, only cares about profits. They went through a cut a vast amount of senior employees, possibly due to higher paid salaries. Lots of people leave.

-the only pro is that you make a lot of your first post-grad friendships at this job

Cons

-no upward movement, realistically the only way to move up is if someone gets fired -you can directly voice your concerns to upper management and nothing will happen -picks favorites and will only focus their time on them -hires way too many people and there is absolutely 0 retention -no professionalism whatsoever -consistently changing commission structure -fires employees with no warning -realistically has 8 good managers -managers only care about the money you make them, and not helping you improve -no work life balance, will get fired if you do not respond timely at 11pm
