- Going into the office was fun, loved my teammates and immediate leadership - Decent training program, able to quickly grasp the gist of the industry - Opportunity to do well for yourself and create a career

Cons

- Difficult to ramp up your book of business quickly if you are not tight with managers - Long work days - Many aspects out of your immediate control that have an affect on your wallet
