- Flat 50 hours a week - Easy transactional work

Cons

- No long term vision or strategy. They are building to sell / grow head count rather than building a solution to help the industry. - Building fake tech / automation. Managers would joke about the "fake" automation we were building. - Bro culture / no diversity: Manager consistently degraded co-workers about the way they looked or dressed. Was uncomfortable to be around.

Pros

People are down to earth, most are good people. Leadership are talented experienced brokers that can effectively broker freight in the traditional way people have done for decades.

Cons

They claim they are a “tech” company which is all smoke and mirrors as they get ready to sell off. Inexperienced leadership does not have strategy or tech experience beyond the traditional brokerage operations to make. Typical freight frat house with very little diversity. Heard management consistently belittle employees that did not dress or have the same interest as you would expect from a Frat bro.
