Cons

Work life balance moving up in positions starts to decrease. Work load can be pretty stressful.

Great place to be if you are looking for a young and fun company. If you are a go-getter the possibility for growth at Arrive is very high. Tech is top notch in the industry.

Cons

The industry moves very fast and can be stressful at times. If you don’t do well in fast paced environments it may not be for you. Pay can be light until you hit bonus/commission.
