Pros

Some people are decent .

Cons

It's like trying to keep up with a freight train. No one know what they're doing but some how they're in decision making positions. The amount of people who come and go is astonishing. If you're looking to join, ask the hard questions to really decide if you want to join. The benefits are abysmal and nothing is being done about it. Pay is quite low and if you're in sales, you might as well go work at Starbucks. You'll work less hours and make more. If you're looking to join, I'd suggest finding former employees and ask why they left.

Training program quick, helpful, and efficient. Great benefits Team oriented and comfortable work environment Casual dress code Full coffee bar and company paid lunches on certain days

Cons

Long hours Work don’t stop if you have loads to track and no tracker. Work some weekends
