I've worked at a lot of other brokerages before coming to Arrive and I can honestly say Arrive has been the best experience I've had so far. They're a newer company so there's been some growing pains but they are extremely transparent and constantly ask us for feedback (which they implement!). There have been things I've disagreed with but overall I'm thrilled with my experience. Arrive is also one of the few brokerages that is letting us work remotely because of COVID. All in all, I'm satisfied with the benefits, PTO, constant learning opportunities, recognition for hard work, career growth, etc. Not every company is perfect but this is the best brokerage I've worked at.

Cons

I don't have anything strong enough to list here. I'm happy as long as we continue to have remote flexibility even after covid.
