Not great work/life balance (its freight, trucks don't stop at 5PM) Stressful

Many perks: Free lunch Friday, access to a gym on location, opportunity to move up within the company, cafe on site, flexible hours

Cons

The pay wasn't great, no compensation for not taking their health insurance and lunch breaks weren't promised. You are always expected to be available.
