Pros

Arrive has been everything and more I could have asked for in working for a startup. This is likely because I have never felt like I work for the company but that I am responsible for its success and drive results directly each and every day. Management are experts in the industry and are never too busy to offer hands-on assistance or advice. Training is rigorous but well laid out and highly effective. The culture is outstanding - while the company has rapidly grown in its first full year of business, the group has remained close knit and new hires are immediately made feel part of the team. Potential for future growth is exceptional while risk is minimal, and individual earning potential is virtually uncapped and in your own hands.

Cons

Expectations are set extremely high but never unrealistic. Days can be long due to the workload created by such rapid growth in revenue, but time off is fair and flexible.

Pros

Being in the industry before working for a company who is now a competitor of Arrive, I have to honestly say that I firmly believe I made my final career choice. Management truly cares about each individual, and each employee looks after the person they are sitting next to. I could not be in a better environment, and to top it off management looks after each persons well being. The earning potential is unlimited, and being that we are just a year old the potential to move up the into management is something that each individual here can see as well. I love my colleagues, and managers truly...and there is not a better group of men and women I would rather work besides.

Cons

This is a 24.7.365 job. If you want to be a broker, you have to understand that we are service first, even at the cost of your own personal time. If you are looking for a 9-5 with weekends and nights free, then this is not the right fit for you, at least at the start while you are building your business. After a few years and you have made it, your work is taken care of for you as well as the pay. But you will grind non-stop for the first 18-24 months.

Cons

Can't think on a con - for real. Been with the company from day one and the job keeps getting better and better. Excited for the future!
