Pros

They give you four monitors in the Chicago office to do your job, but they are outdated, so barely a pro.

Cons

They use Gmail and Slack for support tickets, hardly organized. Too many to keep up with for one person. Carrier reps and teammates will berate you, even if you’re right, if the objective doesn’t align with their interests. Management won’t accept feedback No work-life balance Disgusting offices

Pros

Good opportunity to take control of the process. Good people (if you get on the right team) have had great experiences but also have heard true horror stories.

Cons

Insane work-load as you grow, if you grow but the company is in a downturn you will not receive assistance. Culture is very fratty, if you thrive in that kind of casual environment that is great, however if you need a calmer environment to focus, do not work here in sales.
