Very fratty, micromanaging and underpaying company. Your pay structure will change at least 3 times within the first year. Investors and the leaders eat but, you'd be a bottom feeder unless you capitulate, bend the knee and suck up to the managers. The CRM/TMS is shiet.

They don't appreciate tenure They are cutting costs so they can make the company profitable and sell it For all the money they bring in, they will continue to cut commission every year Political games with management It use to be a great company where management cared about employees but as they grew they stopped caring and alot of the higher ups have stake in the company, so they are just trying to wait it out and sell
