We want the upside to be worth the effort, and as you mentioned, the money does come when you put in the work. That pendulum looks different for everyone. We are bummed to hear about the pressure & stress you are currently facing. That is not the culture we are trying to create, and it is not our intention to burn employees out. A career in sales, and the pressure it comes with, is not for everyone. In a previous review, we did mention a number of employees that had taken on different roles. While not every position change can be a promotion, we do strive to set everyone up for success, even if that means using their strengths in a different vertical. Thank you again for your feedback.
