      Fun, unique culture. Open seating and no "cubicles"

      Cons

      Not so much a con but you have to work hard if you want to make it. If you work hard though, good things will come.

      Great role for someone fresh out of school to learn the industry.

      Cons

      High workload and pay could be better. This is largely based on the down freight market rather than this specific firm.
