I had the unfortunate experience of working at Arrive Logistics, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. This company preys on fresh college graduates who are eager to start their careers but have no idea what they're getting into. There are zero opportunities for advancement within the company, and the culture is toxic beyond belief. You're treated like nothing more than a number until they decide to hire more unsuspecting students to exploit. Trust me, working at McDonald's would be a better experience by a mile. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Arrive Logistics at all costs.

poor departmental management, extreme lack of professionalism, clear favoritism of certain employees, poor financial decisions by upper management, constantly changing expectation and compensation (4 departmental restructures in my tenure) Arrive is basically a poorly run frat house.
