Pros

The culture, the people, the fast paced work ethic.

Cons

Rules and requirements change every single week. The upper management is constantly changing their mind on what they value. If you are not ready to make 150 calls a day, then you will not succeed at this role. You will excel at this role if you can handle problem after problem, live on the phone, and devote your 24-7/365 life to it. Managers do not see you as a person, they just see you as a number. They try to push out new hires as quickly as possible so they can just be replaced. I worked there for over 2 years and watched the entire company flip its beliefs and values over this time. You will be held to some new made up metric every single week. Nobody above you can handle any constructive criticism. Beware! Only work here if you can handle the insane pressure they put on you every day. You will not have a personal life if you want to make 6 figures or over here.

Pros

There was free breakfast and lunch on Monday/ Friday, but they took that away.

Cons

Work yourself to mental health hell culture. Go go go harder, faster. zero work life balance. This outdated culture is why so many people come in and out like a perpetually spinning wheel. What they don’t tell you in the recruiting process and training process is this is a 7-5 job. That is the minimum they can get away with on paper by law, but this is actually a 6am-11pm job, 7 days a week, for less pay than you can make almost anywhere else working far less, and you’re not allowed to use pto, or you’ll have to have a meeting as to why you’re taking a day off. Micromanaging, obsessing over metrics that ultimately don’t lead to sales. I’ve never worked harder and more for less money in my 15 years of work experience. I thought this was a good opportunity, but it’s really just a dead end where they seemingly structure the business to turn and burn workers like they’re tools at their disposal. This company is run on greed from the top, which in my opinion, will hinder the organic growth they’ve experienced in the past.
