Great training program. They teach you a lot about navigating the sales cycle, and provide a significant amount of technical electronics training. Very useful for the software / tech industry in general

Cons

Very low base pay for entry level positions. Decent commission structure but low margins hurt this. As a distributor you are constantly battling between the customer and the supplier to get your cut. Need to build your own account base from the ground up. Don't expect a lot of help here

Great team of people- helpful and collaborative.

Cons

The micro electronic distribution business is very complicated and convoluted with archaic computer systems that are inefficient and confusing. The training program is extremely boring and not designed for adult learning styles. Strategy and focus changes from week to week.
