-The pay - the company seems money hungry but puts out like they have money. Couldn’t afford merit raises for employees but had the funds for a superbowl commercial. -Management

Cafeteria food was good. Enjoyed the gym. Good perk

Cons

Company lacks strategic & tactical direction. Management inconsistent in goals & function objectives. There is a negative culture: name calling, bullying, massive backstabbing. This is the worst place I have ever worked. Hands down, the worst. They aren't even good at lying to employees. Compensation is designed to never attain objectives. This is not a motivating approach.
