Pros

Work from home flexibility, good benefits and 401k match, opportunities to move around between departments. Also there is unlimited PTO if you are salaried.

Cons

Culture has really taken a turn lately with outsourcing a lot of jobs to India. For the size and success of Arrow, they don’t offer employees other benefits that many of our competitors, such as stock options, education/certification reimbursement, and there are no bonuses given for accountants.

Changing management makes it hard to have coherent sales force.

Great pay and benefits with the unlimited PTO. They were offering free food for in office employees as well.

Cons

Many layers of management mean promotions are hard to come by and decisions even harder. Very complex business with many SKUs and Business Units to understand.
