Good benefits. Covered garage parking.

Cons

Inconsistent communication, vague responses. Favoritism for employees who tell tales and brown nose. Good employees are not appreciated and there are different rules for different employees. Constant layoffs.

Opportunity to work on many different projects that allow collaboration with other departments.

Cons

Constant change and turnover throughout the business. Tenured employees are favored over new hires and are very cliquey. Pay varies significantly among employees and can be below market. Opportunities for advancement more of a "who you know".
