Pros
If you look hard enough you can find good people. It's a paycheck until you find something better.
Cons
There is no work life balance, most of the people working there do the bare minimum leaving a few to try to pick up the slack. They promise raises but rarely come through. Upper management will take about how the profits were better then expected but they can't afford to give a cost of living increase. There is no communication between departments or from management.
