I read employer reviews and was sceptical at first but it has been one of the most developmental experiences in my career. Take the ratings with a pinch of salt. Your Arrow experience will depend on many things - your manager, your role, the challenges that come with both and opportunities to make the most of it.

Cons

It's a place that will challenge you lots and outside of your comfort zone. Be ready to be uncomfortable and be daring. Own what you do and how you do it and it will work out ok.
