Pros
You can learn a lot about the entire industry in pretty short time. There is no micromanagement, the moment you pick up the knowledge you are free to execute on your ideas and responsibilities, supported by colleges, senior reps/managers if needed. People are supportive, hard working and fun in the same time which makes you want to be a part of the team. If you are keen to grow and learn more they will support you. People who perform well are really appreciated. Flexibility on working from home here and there when needed.
Cons
Workload is sometimes a bit heavy but that probably applies everywhere these days.
