The local Arrow team is amazing, great camaraderie, caring and support. The benefits are excellent.

Cons

The head office seems to be a bit disconnected with local regionalized reality. Human resources are not in touch with employees reality and concerns. Fortunately the local team is.

It is a transnational corporation and there is much contact with American staff coupled with the benefits are higher than those offered by the law

Cons

I think it may be that in Mexico the highest positions give them to men, but within the rules of Arrow discrimination is not allowed
