Business Outlook
Pros
Big global business with opportunity to move into other departments and other geographical locations. Someone at the bottom can openly approach a Director or President. Can be flexible on working hours and working from home.
Cons
Some people (including some managers) are just not business minded and think it's ok to blame a lack of time for making poor decisions or say "it's not my job", for instance: shipping goods at huge loss even though a few minutes work would have saved thousands.
