      Great People! Good work environment. Great support. Tons of resources

      Too many directives/initiatives that eventually fizzle out. Commission incentives constantly changing.

      Good Benefits, large company, and well know in industry.

      Cons

      Advantage is not a long term opportunity. The rest of the company make more than you do, and they give you less respect than the other branches of the company.

      Pros

      Huge infrastructure and all the bells and whistles in terms of programs and initiatives to drive the company to global domination of all things electronic.

      Cons

      Inept director and VP level executives who don't know how to execute on the lofty ill-conceived promises they make to the CEO to satisfy Wall Street analysts. Employees are touted as their most valuable asset but when times get tough, it's lambs to the slaughter.
