Pros

Although the company has 10,000-plus employees, there remains a small-company feel. The ideas expressed by everyone are taken into consideration and with feedback received.

Cons

At this time, the only downside is the medical insurance with respect to those with families. Of course, management is already looking into either a different pacakage or supplementation.

Too big , too slow, internally focused to many staff don't care

Lots of good things , fairness, respect, all have a voice

The management spend all day on conf calls, it's so big and spread out the whole day is spent chasing internal staff
