Pros

More ‘freedom’ than technicians in the office. Company vehicle. Meet new people daily. Not very physically intensive. Good co-workers. Easy to sell the services. Creativity in prospecting sets you apart. Luxurious company paid trips for meeting sales goal annually.

Cons

A sales company that happens to do pest control, sometimes… The rules of what you can/can’t sell is cumbersome. Micromanagement from office managers, very slow when not in season. Very strict with time-off, must have even unpaid time off available to miss time. Very competitive industry. Must put out cones.

I’ve been at Arrow for almost 4 years. This is definitely a company you can have a career with. The pay is great, customers are great. The job comes with a lot of freedom. There is truly no limit to the money you can make. It’s fun to get to solve problems for people everyday.

Cons

Long days in summer heat. Scheduling customers on your own time.
