Overbooked scheduling sets unrealistic expectations that you as a service professional are expected to make up for. No overtime. Expected to be on call on rotating weekly schedule without guaranteed commission work. Drive time is not paid, only paid based on time at locations. No lunch break provided but still docked from payroll regardless.
