We’re sorry to hear that your experience in the commercial division didn’t meet expectations. We strive for the best possible experience for all of our team members, and we understand how much of an impact local leadership can have on the workplace environment. We do provide an open-door policy, encouraging all team members to reach out to their supervisors, Human Resources, or directly to our CEO—whose contact information is listed in the employee handbook—if they encounter any issues. We also want to note that we do utilize exit interviews for team members who separate from the company, and that feedback plays an important role in our continuous improvement.
