Good pay. Profit sharing company. Good teammates.

Cons

Work/life balance. Several employees have been in their role for 30+ years and are unwilling to listen to new ideas. Upper management can't decide what direction they want the company to go in.

Pros

Growing industry, New office in Las Vegas, growing company. Chicago office is great, a little crowded, Minnesota office is small but great, Cleveland location is nice, a little dated for the modern age but overall good. Nimble and flexible.

Cons

Management is awful, kill the messenger is theme, Game Dev are the only ones that seem to have things inline. CTO is a terrible leader, only puts out fires from several years of technical debt created by the past, it is a small to medium size company that refuses to grow. An Equity company bought the majority of the company shares, we shall see how they respond, it is a sink or swim moment for them.

The only GOOD thing is our customers!

Cons

BAD management that is emotionally charged and consistently lacks competence; public shaming of employees in front of colleagues; lack of communication on PTO; incentives are not paid as promised. The “Mean Girl” vibes from manager is just plain UGLY! Insecurity, gossip, control, and lots of drama from management. I have never seen anything like this!
